Sberbank, a Russian state-own bank and the largest one in the country and Eastern Europe, plans to hold a tender for the construction of a science park building at the Skolkovo Innovation Center in Moscow.
According to the documentation published on the public procurement website, the initial (maximum) price of the contract amounts to 37,48 billion rubles ($563 million).
The procedure for choosing a contractor represents an address offer request, in which can participate only those companies that have passed qualification selection. According to the public procurement website, these are PAO Mospromstroy, Kodest International Srl, OOO Kitaystroy, AO Prokons, and OOO Portstroy Company.
Bidding applications shall be submitted not later than November 9, while the tender results are scheduled to be announced on December 19.
The science park should be a seven-story building with three underground floors and the total height amounting to 53,5 meters. The total area of the facility will be 266,000 square meters. The parking space is designed for 930 cars and 56 motorcycles. The building activities are expected to take at most three years.
