In St. Petersburg, the competition for the repair of the Kronstadt water tower (constructed in 1840 under Nicholas I's decree), with an initial price of 49.8 million rubles, has been announced.
As reported on the site of government purchases, the contractor must repair the facade and the roof of the building of the Tower, the city’s water supply system, plus a wing. It will also be necessary to restore a layer of plaster and paint and a stucco molding, and to execute repairs to a brick surface and facing stone walls. The customer is the Museum of History of Kronstadt. The winner of the competition will be announced on May 22nd and the work needs to be finished by November of this current year.
