The RF FSS border operation department in Rostov in the Russian town of Donetsk has announced a tender for the construction of a protective fence. The initial cost of the contract is 9.9m rubles.
As reported on the state procurement website, according to the contract a 3,220m-long fence of welded structures with spiral-like barriers made of a single line of razor wire are to be laid. The claims are being received up until September 3rd. The tender will take place on September 7th. The work must be done by December 1st, 2015.
