Russian and North Korean authorities have signed an agreement on the construction of a vehicle ferry between the states.
As Construction.ru was told by the press office of Ministry for the Development of the Russian Far East, the agreement was fixed by the intergovernmental panel of trade and economic and scientific/technical cooperation between the countries.
The pontoon ferry will be constructed at the border line across the river Tumannaya. The Russian part of the work group is ready. The KPDR has suggested holding the first sitting on the project in Vladivostok in November.
Besides this, the parties have agreed on the creation of the International Trading House in Pyongyang. This will help with the use of national currencies and in developing trade relations.
