The first skyscraper in the Russian Far East, with a height of 202m, will be built in Khabarovsk in 2018.
As the Director General of the customer company ‘Office Center Ltd.’, Alexander Sidorenko, told journalists at a press conference in Khabarovsk, the highest building in the city is the 95m-high Spaso-Preobrazhensky Cathedral. The new 52-storey building is planned to be constructed in the center of the city. There will be underground parking for 750 cars, a café, a restaurant, a hotel and a sky bar with beautiful views. The skyscraper was designed at Seoul State University. It has been designed with wind loading in mind and has a seismic rating of up to 6 points.
