In 2016 – 2017, the Tsesla cement-producing plant in Slantsy will be significantly up-dated for 1 bln rubles.

As Construction.ru was told by the Leningrad regional press office, Anton Khadjiysky, Director of JSC Tsesla, discussed this with Mikhail Moskvin, the deputy chairman of the regional government for construction, at a meeting. According to him, the company has allotted 1 bln rubles of their own finance for this purpose.
To remind you, the Slantsy cement plant belongs to the German GC Heidelberg Cement. It also has plants in Murmansk, Tula and the Moscow region.
The Slantsy cement plant’s revenues in 2014 totaled 2.7 bln rubles. Cement is produced there by the dry method. After the updating, the plant is to produce 3,000 tons of clinker brick a day and 1m tons of cement a year.
