Vice-Premier Arkady Dvorkovich has announced that the RF Government is aiming for economic growth in 2016 despite the economic crisis.
He spoke about this at the Asian financial forum in Hong Kong on January 18th. According to him, the Russian authorities are constantly communicating with the business community on ways of supporting the economy and opportunities to improve the business climate in the country. Arkady Dvorkovich also stressed that Russia is ready for a dialogue about the creation of a free-trade zone between the EEU and Hong Kong.
He also reminded us that the RF has recently concluded the first agreement on the FTZ between the EEU and Vietnam, and negotiations with Israel on the topic are ongoing.
