The executives of the All-Russia Exhibition for Achievements of the National Economy have decided to mount a new unique observation wheel in the exhibition. Its height will be about 130-140m and it will cost €20m.
As “Izvestia” reports, a tender for the new amusement ride’s project development will be announced before the end of January. The new attraction will start working in three years. The cost of the new project is assessed at €20m.
The new observation wheel may surpass the famous London Eye with a height of 135m, taking second place to similar attractions in Las Vegas, Singapore and China.
The project is being implemented by an investor. The wheel will be installed in the place of the old one, stopped at the end of 2015 because of serious usage violations.
