In the middle of this year, the physical launch of the second unit of the Kudankulam nuclear power station will be carried out.
This is what Evgeniy Griva, Director General of Rosatom South Asia, has said in an interview with Financial Express. According to him, the unit’s ‘hot’ trial is over.
To remind you, the works on the Kudankulam construction site in India are being conducted by “Atomstroyexport”, in accordance with intergovernmental agreement and by order of the Indian corporation of nuclear energy.
The general designer is “Atomenergoproekt” JSC. The first station was fixed up to the national energy grid in India in 2013.
