The governor of the Kemerovo region, Aman Tuleev, has concluded an agreement with the leadership of the Yaysk oil processing plant on the second stage of construction.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the work will start this year. The Government State Expertise Agency has already issued a positive conclusion.
Investments in the project will total 30 bln roubles, including borrowed funds. The repayment will take 6 years.
The technology to be used on the construction of the second stage will improve the depth of oil processing and will allow for production of petroleum of the Euro 5 standard, as well as a diesel fuel.
Approximately 500 jobs will be created at the enterprise and about 4,000 in associated industries.
In principle, the investor will be able to erect the third stage as well, with an investment of 55 bln roubles.
