The document was signed on April 9 at the All-Russian Housing Congress in Sochi.
Metriks Development (developer from Krasnodar,Russia) and the architectural and branding company DEVISION signed a document that provides for joint work on the development of landscaping and architecture of current and future residential and resort real estate projects.

At the moment, the partners are working on the improvement of the Botanica Hills club residence in the Black Sea resort village of Nebug. Four business-class houses are located on a 5.4 hectare plot on a plain between the mountains within walking distance of the beach. The project provides for 3.5 hectares of landscaped territory, which will house two outdoor swimming pools, a private river embankment 307 meters long, an amphitheater and other recreation areas.
