An investor will build a hotel complex of the international Marriott Courtyard network in the Russian city of Rostov. The building will be situated on Levoberezhnaya Street.
A luxurious 8-storey hotel will be located on a land plot with an area of over 5,500 m2, the press office of the city’s administration told Construction.ru.
The complex includes 198 rooms of different categories, a fitness center with a SPA-zone, a business hall, a restaurant, an underground parking lot for 100 cars, as well as an open car park for the guests.
About 40 jobs will be created during the hotel’s construction. As soon as the building is put into operation, 180 employees will work in the hotel complex itself.
