A modern gas boiler house will be built in the city of Sovyetsk in the Kaliningrad region. The project is estimated at 500m roubles, the press office of the regional government told Construction.ru.
The project is being implemented with the participation of an investor who will put up 113.3m roubles. Additionally, 91.1m roubles more will be allocated from the local budget and 300m roubles will come from the Utilities and Housing Fund.
The city’s old gas boiler house was built in 1960 and is 90% worn out. It’s expected that the new facility, constructed in partnership with a concession operator, is to be paid off within seven years.
The land plot for the construction site has already been selected, and the design and estimate documentation has successfully passed expert analysis. The gas boiler house is scheduled to be put into operation in October 2017.
