The Deputy Minister of Investment, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod region, Ksenya Gerk, has held negotiations with the representatives of the French company, Leroy Merlin.
Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached to build a number of this chain’s hypermarkets, specializing in the sale of construction tools and products for household business, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, the regional press office told Construction.ru.
The first object will be erected in the region within two years. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Investment, Land and Property Relations of the Nizhny Novgorod region will render assistance to the investors.
It should be mentioned that for the second year in a row, the Nizhny Novgorod region is in the top 5 regions for private / public partnership development.
