An entrepreneur from the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod, Andrey Gorodnov, has embarked upon the building of an advanced poultry plant in Gorokhovets, located in the Vladimir region of Russia. The project will cost him 3 bln roubles.
The advanced enterprise will be capable of generating 700 mln eggs per year, reports the “Kommersant - Nizhny Novgorod” newspaper. That will be half of the total volume produced in the region.
A 90-hectare land plot is planned to be allotted for the construction site of the future poultry plant. If the construction starts in 2016, the operation might begin 3 years later.
