The authorities of the Russian city of Yaroslavl have discussed a construction project of a unique amusement park near the zoo with a Chinese investor.
A Chinese delegation from Shenzhen OCTVision Inc. has been negotiating for several years on the subject of the ecological park in the Yaroslavl region, the regional press office told Construction.ru.
At present, the partners are holding the second stage of the negotiations and the investor is examining a potential construction site. The new park will probably be located near the city’s zoo.
The project’s implementation is estimated at $2 bln. This ambitious project is expected to increase tourists flow, create jobs and raise the tax potential of the region.
