On the 30th of June, the representatives of Moscow government and German Siemens company signed an agreement to open a plant in the capital city of Russia.
According to RIA Novosti, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for economic policy Natalia Sergunina and Siemens Russia and CIS chief Dietrich Meller affixed their signature in the document. The signing ceremony was held within the framework of Moscow Urban Forum, which started its work on Thursday.
The matter concerns the participatory development of innovation and industrial platforms, as well as production localization of the concern and creation of new jobs.
“We hope that new jobs will be created in the city”, - noted Natalia Sergunina.
