The cheapest apartments in Russia are those in new buildings in Makhachkala, the capital city of the Republic of Dagestan located in the North Caucasus region.
This data of the researched, conducted by “Mir Kvartir” (The World of Apartments) news website, was published today. The research has been carried out by means of systematization of the prices at the primary market in 59 Russian cities.
Thus, for the last quarter of the year, an average price of a square meter in Makhachkala has reduced by 15% down to 28,900 roubles. This result is the best one, claim the “Mir Kvartir” specialists.
Apart from Makhachkala, the five Russian cities with the cheapest apartments are Magnitogorsk (30 264 roubles), Bryansk (32 102 roubles), Stavropol (33 697 roubles) and Saratov (33 926 roubles).
