Rosatom has created a B2B center as a platform for its state procurement online system.

As Construction.ru was told today in the state corporation’s press office, the B2B center for the first time has become one of the e-commerce sites for Rosatom state purchases.

Overall, there are 3 platforms. Last year Rosatom carried out the pilot and field testing of the B2B center. During that period all procedures were conducted correctly and without failing. As a result, the platform has been officially approved.

For the pilot and field testing period, 82 enterprises from the nuclear industry have been registered. They have announced 189 procedures worth 13.8 bln roubles. Average savings are in excess of 12.6%.

At present Rosatom’s enterprises are purchasing, by means of the B2B center, equipment and gauges for their nuclear plants, as well as construction, assembly and motor transport services and machinery.

By purchasing containers of an emergency cooling system for the Kolsk nuclear power station, the initial maximum price of a contract has been reduced by more than 35% (124m roubles saved).

Now more than 99% of overall purchases in the nuclear industry, ie about 30,000 procedures, are carried out by means of e-commerce. The B2B center has been incorporated into the united industrial system of procurement management.

It automates all business processes, from planning to purchasing and the formation of contracts, as well as the monitoring of its implementation and accounting.

Parties interested in participating in Rosatom’s bidding should register in the B2B center as suppliers.

Participation in a bid with an opening price of up to 200,000 roubles is free.
