Moscow Committee For Construction Investment Projects Implementation And Co-Funder Construction Control made an offer to China Chengtong Holding Group to take part in a tender for six projects of the transfer hub construction, says the document published on the Committee’s website.
According to the documents, the matter concerns “Alma-Atinskaya”, “Lermontovskiy Prospekt, “Kosino-Ukhtomskaya”, “Novokosino”, “Rasskazovka”, “Khoroshevskaya” transfer hubs.
Also, the authorities are ready to demonstrate to the Chinese investors approximately 70 transfer hubs operated by Mosinzhproject JSC.
Apart from that, the city administration proposed to the investors to participate in a tender for three projects of reconstruction and restoration of dilapidated buildings located in central Moscow at the following addresses: Prospekt Mira, 10, Bolshaya Polyanka, 60/2, 3rd Kadashevky Bysreet, 3.
On the whole, the program of transfer hubs construction in Moscow provides for erecting 271 objects in the coming years.
