Nord Stream AG has successfully carried out annual scheduled maintenance works at both strings of Nord Stream pipeline.
During the repair works, operation of both pipeline strings has been temporary halted, but now gas transmission is resumed, reads the project operator’s message.
“Schedule of works has been preliminary agreed by Nord Stream between the operators of a gas supply line in Russia and an accepting line in Germany. As soon as scheduled maintenance work is completed, gas transmission to the European partners will be resumed in volumes determined by the supplier”, - states the message.
As it was reported earlier, in order to compensate for temporary scraping of Nord Stream, Gazprom has increased gas transit through the territory of Ukraine.
