World’s biggest indoor amusement park in Dubai opens its doors to 4,5m visitors

IMG Worlds of Adventure, the world’s biggest amusement park, which will be opened on the 31st of August this year in Dubai, is expected to be visited by 4,5m people during the first year of its operation, Gulf News reports.




The park will become the first international topical amusement facility in the region. According to the developers’ plan, the park with an area of 140,000 square meters will attract tourists from the countries, which have no such topical amusement parks.

The facility will unite Cartoon Network and Marvel, IMG Group original project, Lost Valley-Dinosaur Adventure and adjacent IMG Boulevard.

Directors general and co-owners of the company, Ilyas Galadari and Mustafa Galadari, said that the new park would operate throughout the year, since all needed range of services is provided indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

The total price of the project amounts to over $1 bln.
