Heat supply systems in municipalities of the Moscow region are planned to be upgraded with the participation of Gazprom Teploenergo Company, the regional governor’s press office told reporters on Wednesday.
“We are engaged in collaborative activities with Gazprom and its subsidiary, Gazprom Teploenergo over participation of this company in heat supply of our municipalities. We have already reached an agreement that this Gazprom’s company would invest 5,5 billion roubles in modernization of heat supply system in a number of districts of the Moscow region,” a deputy head of the Moscow regional government, Dmitry Pestov, said.
He stressed that the agreement would allow to enhance the quality of heat supply, repayment discipline and economy of heating supply companies in the region.
