Raven Russia closed a deal to buy two business centers and logistics park in St. Petersburg, Russia’s second largest city, Kommersant wrote on Friday with the reference to real estate consultants.
The newspaper says that the seller of the assets was a Finnish investment fund EPI Russia I Ky. The deal includes Premium business center with a total area of 11,000 square meters in the north-west of the city and Kellermann Center (22,000 square meters) located in the Admiralteisky district, as well as Gorigo logistics park (87,000 square meters), 16 km from the Pulkovo airport.
The transaction with a discount of almost 40% was estimated at 4.9 billion rubles. According to experts, Raven Russia’s purchase has become the first investment deal for warehouse and office markets of the city this year.
