Russian Agricultural Bank (Rosselkhozbank) is negotiating a purchase of one of the office buildings in “IQ-Quarter” complex located in Moscow City Business Center, for the purpose to headquarter its office, RBC newspaper reports, citing the representatives of consulting companies.
“The deal estimated at $12 billion might become one of the largest transactions in the office market this year,” newspaper notes.
“IQ-Quarter” belongs to Hals-Development company, which is controlled by VTB Bank. The object consists of three towers with a total area of 228,000 square meters.
According to the newspaper, Russian Agricultural Bank is carrying out negotiations on purchase of a 34-storey tower. The deal has not been closed yet.
However, the press offices of Russian Agricultural Bank and VTB Bank declined to comment.
