An investor will build a large milk processing factory with a capacity of 600 tons per day. The facility will be located in the Russian city of Novosibirsk, in Siberia.
As Stefan Duerr, director general of EkoNiva-APK Holding Management Company, said at a session of the regional government on Wednesday, the enterprise would be capable to produce 60 tons of cheese per day. The matter concerns 50 tons of semi-hard-cheese, like Rossiiski and Golandskii, and 10 tons of hard cheese.
The manufacture will be located in the plot of land with an area of 7 hectares in the Maslyanisky district. The project also envisages construction of a 18,000-square meter warehouse.
Investment in the factory construction will total 6 billion rubles and 500 million rubles more will be allocated to the building of sewage treatment facilities of a full cleaning cycle.
