The average cost of townhouses on the Moscow region’s primary market has dropped by a quarter, according to estimates made by experts of Inkom Real Estate.
They argue that, during the year, the indicator has decreased by 23.9% and now amounts to 8.3 million rubles. Analysts say that in 2015, townhouses, in contrast, increased the deal budget by 36.3% and by the beginning of 2016, reached the level of 10.9 million rubles.
The survey suggests that similar changes have occurred in the segment of cottages. The average price of cottages’ realization during the reporting period has decreased by 7%, down to 19.8 million. At the same time, over the course 2015, their price increased up to 45.9%, reaching 21.3 million rubles.
