A 46-year-old businessman will be taken to court in Krasnoyarsk being charged with a fraud during the construction of a business centre.
As Construction.RU has been told today by the press office of the Head Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Krasnoyarsk region, the accused set up a false deal on the investment in designing and building of a business centre in Krasnoyarsk and received 123 m roubles (≈$2m) from an investing company.
Having pocketed the money the cheat did not fulfill the undertaken commitments. For that, the businessman was arrested and a written undertaking not to leave the place was taken from him.
10 years of imprisonment for fraud is hovering over him.
