The authorities of the Moscow region, Russia, have discussed with representatives of the Chinese delegation a construction of a large retail park in the region.
This statement was made on Wednesday by Deputy Chairman of the Moscow regional government, Denis Butsaev. Thus, at present, the negotiations are underway with Sberbank of Russia on a project for construction of the largest retail park in the territory of the Moscow region. The facility is planned to be located on the premises of Torzhok shopping center.
Today, the region’s Governor, Andrey Vorobyov, held a meeting with the Chinese delegation headed by first secretary of Heilongjiang provincial Committee of the Communist party of China Zhang Qingwei. The parties have signed a memorandum of cooperation.
