The Sverdlovsk regional authorities have signed an agreement with the Chinese province of Heilongjiang on joint project implementation.
As the regional press office told Construction.ru, a working group for cooperation development with China has been created. It will deal with the design of 'route maps' for all areas of cooperation.
The projects under consideration are in the spheres of industry, economics, construction, education, science, culture and art. The largest one to be implemented with the Heilongjiang province is the construction of a business park in Ekaterinburg and the organization of joint festivals.
The total investment from the Chinese province in Russia will be $2.5 bln.
