A subsidiary of the Finnish concern YIT has acquired a plot of land located on Gavrilova Street in the Russian city of Kazan.
The company intends to build there a large housing estate. As Construction.RU was told on Thursday by the press office of the building company, some 2 billion rubles would be invested in the development of a site with an area of 4,3 hectares situated near Kazan Arena stadium.
A multi-apartment complex with a parking and public spaces is planned to be erected there. At present, the project is at the stage of conceptual development.
As a reference, Kazan is a capital and the largest city of the Russian Republic of Tatarstan and is the eight most populous city in the country.
