The Fund for Monotown Development will invest 1,6 billion rubles (about $27 million) in construction of an agro-industrial park in the town of Ust-Kataev in the Chelyabinsk region, Russia.
As Construction.RU was told on Thursday by the press office of the region’s Governor, the agricultural complex Churilovo has become an investor of the project.
A greenhouse complex and a logistics center intended for storage of agricultural products and their processing are planned to be set up in Ust-Kataev.
In the near future, an agreement on co-financing of the development of the project’s infrastructure is to be signed. For this purpose, a necessary amount of money are provided in the regional budget.
