The Russian company Transinzhiniring and Construction Pacific Group have signed a memorandum of understanding for the implementation of joint infrastructure projects, Rambler News reports on Thursday.
Estimated volume of investment on the part of Pacific Construction Group totals up to $1 billion, according to Transinzhiniring.
Cooperation between the parties in the territory of Russia is an exclusive and is implemented through joint projects of Russia and China under the program One Belt, One Road, the Russian company notes.
“We discussed with them (Pacific Construction Group. – editor’s note) the possibility of implementing joint projects in Russia with their participation. The total investment involves about $1 billion. Part of these funds may be considered as the entry of Chinese partner in the equity of Transinzhiniring, while another part can be allotted to the realization of joint projects”, President of Transinzhiniring, Bagrat Ghazaryan, told reporters.
