Orion International Euro (Korean Orion Group structure) intends to construct a new confectionary plant in the Raslovo industrial park (the Tver region) by 2019, the regional government’s press-office reports.
The initial investment volume in the production will be $81.3 m. Later it is planned to increase two-three fold.
The new plant will be equipped with several lines for different confectionery products manufacturing. 200 new jobs are expected to be created.
The production is to start in 2019. Presently, the issues of land and property, as well as the provision of all necessary infrastructure are being considered.
To remind you, the Orion offices are located in more than 60 countries of the world. In Russia, the plants of the company are situated in Novosibirsk and Tver. The plant in the city of Tver was launched in 2006, the investment volume $40 m. Its capacity is up to 7,000 tons a year.
