200,000 sq. meters of residential buildings are planned to be constructed in the place of the former industrial zone
Head of the Moscow construction complex, Marat Khusnullin, has told journalists today, that the implementation of the territory renovation project of the former ZIL plant will bring the Moscow budget about $2 bln as taxes and other kinds of inpayments.
Zil is one of the largest industrial grounds of the city being revived. In the course of forming a new district new jobs are being created, small business develops, Mr Khusnullin said.
He reminded that about 200,000 sq. meters of housing will be put in operation this year on the territory of the former plant. Last year a sports complex with a swimming pool was built. Presently, two bridges across the Moscow-river and 20 km of roads aer being built.
