Part of foreign citizens willing to come to Russia for 2018 World Cup is interested in renting elite mansions located in the Moscow region.
This was reported on Thursday by Interfax with reference to Knight Frank consulting company. According to experts, in April, several foreigners have already rented cottages in the Moscow region worth between $70,000 and $150,000 per month for this period.
The company gives an example of a transaction for renting a house with a total area of 2,000 square meters, which is located in the Rublyovka area. The client rented premises for the period from June to July of this year. As it became known, such clients will come to Moscow for the championship not only with their families but also with their servants. As there are no appropriate offers of elite residential spaces in the city, prosperous guests of the capital decided to rent cottages on Rublyovo-Uspenskoye and Rizhskoye highways.
