As early as this year, construction of the first enterprise of the Russian-Chinese medical cluster will be launched in the Ulyanovsk region, head of the region, Sergey Morozov, told RIA Novosti news agency on Friday.
According to him, investments in the medical cluster, which will become the largest center for the production of medical equipment in Russia, are estimated at about 6 billion rubles. Within the framework of this cluster, an assembly production of portable NTW Intellectual Medical Device NTW will be built. Such a device will help to quickly determine the state of the health and can be effectively used in the field.
The building of the medical cluster will be erected on the site located on the premises of a special economic zone. The project will be implemented by NTM Group, which was specially set up in 2016 with the participation of the Ulyanovsk Region Development Corporation and Chinese investors.
