According to a rating made by AirHelp service, the leading position was taken by Hamad airport located in the Qatari city of Doha. This air harbor has scored 8.77 points.
Greek airport n.a. Eleftherios Venizelos has scored a bit fewer points, and it is followed by an airport in Tokyo. Compilers of the rating took into account in their assessments such parameters as customer feedback, flight delays and quality of service. A total of 141 airports were subjected to the analysis.
Three of the largest airports in Russia — Moscow's Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports, as well as Koltsovo airport in the city of Yekaterinburg — have gained different scores. So, the international airport Sheremetyevo took the 15th position, while Domodedovo airport was almost at the bottom of the rating — ranking the 130th. Yekaterinburg airport is in the middle of the list, taking the 50th position.
