JSC Sheremetyevo international airport, an operator of one of the three major airports serving Moscow, will let out for a 10-year lease its VIP halls located in terminal D, say the documents published on the website of state procurement.
According to the documents, the halls are planned to be leased out for 3,9 billion roubles ($62,5 million). The premises are rented by JSC VIP International, which is a subsidiary of JSC Sheremetyevo international airport and is an exclusive operator of VIP halls in terminals D, E, F on the territory of the airport.
JSC Sheremetyevo international airport owns 51% of the company, while 25% belong to Cyprus APG VIP Services Ltd and 24% to Asset Holding Ltd, also registered in Cyprus.
As a reference, Sheremetyevo is the largest in terms of a passenger flow airport in the Russian Federation.
