Hampton by Hilton Hotel located on Rogozhsky Val Street in the center of Moscow is planned to be put into operation in the II quarter of 2019, the Moscow authorities reported on Tuesday.
The hotel will be operated by Hilton and will enter the market under the brand Hampton by Hilton.
“The developer of a hotel located at the address: Rogozhsky Val Street, building 12 (central Moscow) has proceeded to the facade cladding. The developer has completed the monolithic works, waterproofing, weatherization of walls. In addition to finishing the facades, the installation of internal engineering systems is underway and the hotel is being connected to heating, water supply, and other necessary communications”, said Konstantin Timofeev, Chairman of Moskomstroiinvest, which is the Moscow construction and investment authority.
The investor plans to put the facility into operation in the II quarter of 2019. The total area of the hotel complex amounts to 15,000 square meters. The 12-storey hotel will include 152 rooms. In addition to hotel rooms, there will be public areas, a fitness center, restaurant, shops and a parking lot for 78 cars.
“A peculiarity of the hotel complex is an open terrace at the level of the second floor. Those who wish can get to it both from the street and from the hotel. The terrace will become a full-fledged public space with cafes, walking areas, and landscaping”, the press office of Moskomstroiinvest said.
