The Deputy Heads of Administration for construction in Kirov have appointed Roman Morozov, according to the official website of the city.
It notes that the candidate has to be approved by deputies from the local area. Since July, 2014, Roman Morozov has worked as the chief of the department of construction and development of engineering infrastructure in municipal administration. From 2006 to 2014 he was the head of department of monitoring of material resources and the property relations of the Department of Education in the Kirov region.
From 2001 to 2006 he was the director of JSC What Park, and before 2001 he worked as the chief specialist and supervising foreman in civil engineering firms in Kirov.
