The head of Rostov-on-Don, Sergey Gorban, presented to the administration the new deputy for construction and architecture, 36-year-old Andrey Oleynikov.
As Construction.ru was told by the city’s press service, for the last three years he has headed MKU "Management of Water and Sewer Economy of Rostov". Andrey Oleynikov was born in the settlement of Sholokhovsk in the Rostov region. He graduated from the Rostov State Construction University, majoring in "Industrial and civil engineering".
He started working immediately in the Department of Construction of Rostov-on-Don. He was the deputy chief of department, the production manager, the CEO's deputy, and the CEO of MKU "Joint Management of Objects under Construction of Rostov". His predecessor, Vladimir Ivanov, has moved to Krasnodar Krai, having received a new position there.
