In the territory of a natural hot spring complex, "Elm Grove" near Irbit, work has begun on the construction of a resort complex and a spa center which will rank with some of the world’s best.
As reported today by representatives of construction firm "Rosturalstroy", design and surveying works are already complete. Construction of the first stage of a complex - a two-storey spa center on the bank of the lake, a pool with hot water from the springs, a bathing complex, massage and cosmetology offices, a studio for water aerobics and a sports hall - will soon begin. A comfortable hotel and parking for 350 cars will also be constructed.
For the first time, the creation of geothermal springs is being financed by direct investments from local inhabitants. Any citizen who approaches the company can join the project. Also, the regional ministry of investments and development has included it in the comprehensive program, "Development of an auto-tourist cluster, ‘A bright ring in the Urals’, before 2018". It will pass through Yekaterinburg, Beryozovsky, Rezh, Artyomovsky, Irbit, Alapaevsk, Murzinka, Nizhni Tagil and Nevyansk (630 km).
