The logistics and industrial park "Valischevo" will be built in the urban district of Podolsk, in the Moscow region, in 2017.
As reported to Construction.ru by the regional press service, the site for the new object was approved the day before. It provides for the creation, on an area of 130 hectares, of one production building and twelve warehouses. Also on the industrial park a concrete goods plant, a gas reduction unit, a water-intake facility, local waste treatment plants, utility fluid treatment units, a transformer station, a diesel-generator set, a car repair shop, two checkpoints, two cafes and a fire depot are to be constructed. Next to the park will be a service station and a toll-booth, as well as a motel for 100 people. The project, worth 10 billion rubles, will be implemented by 2017 and will create about 8 thousand new jobs in the Moscow region.
