The first stage of the industrial innovation park in Zheleznogorsk for the nuclear-space industry has been constructed and is to be put in operation between August and September, 2015.
As Construction.ru was told by the regional press office, the park includes a building for 5 units with a total area of 10,300 m2, where up to 6 resident companies will be located. The cost of the first stage of construction is about 1bln rubles. By 2017, 20 small and medium-sized innovation enterprises will be located in the 10 buildings of the industrial park, and about 1,000 highly qualified specialists will work there. The project implementation financing will total 11bln rubles, including 4bln of private investment.
