The number of construction licenses issued and ground power supply units decreased by 30% for the first six months of the current year, it was reported by the deputy mayor of Moscow on urban policy, Marat Khusnullin, at the 3rd annual business forum "Development 2015: points of changes". The official said that this year Moscow will introduce no less an amount of real estate than in the previous year, due to successful "assets" from construction of previous years. In order for the city not to ‘grow old’, it is necessary to put in operation about 9-10 mln sq.m of housing and offices.
The city will feel the consequences of the recession in 2016-2017 in terms of permission for building and ground power supply in 2015, Khusnullin warned.
