In Moscow, a delay in growth rates has been observed on the business real estate market.

This was reported today to Construction.ru by the press service of the consulting company NAI Becar, which carries out constant monitoring of the capital’s rental market. According to a representative from the company, Anna Nikolaeva, the total increase compared with the previous period was only 0.8%. The 1st quarter of 2015 bore the lowest figures for the past few years, and rental rates fell in all classes of real estate in Moscow.
For the first three months of 2015 in Moscow, 123 thousand sq. m of GLA of business real estate were taken - that is 78% lower than the previous reported period, the 4 quarters of 2014. Traditionally at the end of the year, the most active season for the delivery of objects, such a fall wouldn’t perhaps be so depressing, but experts say that as an indicator of 2015, the lowest figures for the 1st quarter for the past few years have been noted.
For example, last year it was 65,000 sq. m, but by the beginning of April it grew by only 0.8%, by 15,076 sq. m. More than a half, 54% of the total amount, comprised of class B+, and 46% of class A.
