Moscow managed to save 29.5 billion rubles by examining the initial maximum price contract for reliability.
As reported to Construction.ru by the press service of the City of Moscow on competition policy today, interdepartmental monitoring allowed the capital to spare 10.2 billion rubles since the beginning of the year, and lowering the initial cost at the auction saved 18.4 billion rubles. Among other factors, budget savings, a working group of chief administrators of budget funds, and fines and consolidation of administrative and technical inspections of the city of Moscow amounted to savings of 1.4 and 0.5 billion respectively. Since the beginning of this year, Moscow has been able to save about 60 billion rubles on PPL.
