As it follows from a UN report, in 2014 business-projects in Russia became the largest for the volume of desired investments.
As “Izvestiya” writes, out of the 10 largest world investment projects in the world 6 are claimed in Russia. Half of them are in the automobile industry, the others - in the construction industry, agriculture and chemical industry. The total volume of investments is assessed by UN experts to be $5.96 billion ($5.62 billion is Chinese investment), which is $0.5 billion more than last year.
The largest projects are the ones by the machine-building plant China Triumph International Engineering and the Russian holding “Eurocement Group” with $3 billion of direct investments from China. It should be noted, that since 1991 Russia has attracted $378,543 billion as investments. At the same time, Russia’s investments in other countries made $431,856 billion.
