Moscow authorities have announced a tender for the construction of a children’s health center for 597.7m rubles.




As stated in the documents published on the state procurement website, the new building will be erected in Academician Komarov Street, 1-3.
The modern polyclinic for 320 patients per shift will cost the city budget 597.7m rubles. Claims for participation in the tender are being received until November 5th, 2015. The winner will be determined on November 12th. A land lot of 0.6 hectares for the construction site has been decided upon in the residential area.
The contractor will have to construct the buildings of the polyclinics with an area of 8,300 m2 and 4 or 5 floors, a transformer substation, and parking for 16 cars, including 4 for invalids. The polyclinic will have 11 departments and will work in 2 shifts, 6 days a week.
All construction work is to be complete within 16 months of the date of signing the contract.
